Paul Simonetti, PT, DPT, OCS grew up in Dunmore, PA. He earned a Mater's Degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Sciences in Philadelphia in 1996 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine in 2003, In 2005, he completed requirements for Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Paul frequently speaks at Physical Therapy Conferences on topics such as knee, shoulder management and spine injuries sharing ideas to improve outcomes from injuries and surgeries through the use of manual and therapeutic exercises


David Collier, PT, MPT, graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2001 where he received his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. A native of the Eatern Shore of Maryland, he has been working in outpatient orthopedics at Chestertown Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He heads up the rehabilitation program for arthoscopic knee surgeries and also specializes in treating paellofemotral syndrome. David treats the full range of orthopedic and neurological conditions including spinal disorders, joint replacements, rotator cuff injuries and strokes.

Davids Philosophy focuses heavily on patient education, hands on therapy and a strong home exercise program to help patients regain control of their lives.
